Payment is due in full at your pet’s time of discharge from our hospital.
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Cherry, and CareCredit. We do not accept checks.
When you and your dog or cat arrive at Veterinary Emergency Center, a veterinary nurse will perform an assessment of your pet. Following the complete emergency exam by your pet’s emergency or urgent care veterinarian, the nurse will provide you with an itemized estimate which will include a cost range for all services your pet may receive.
If your dog or cat is hospitalized with us, the lower end of the estimate must be paid.
